MMH CIC Impact Report: Q2 2026

Impact Reports

Subject: Signposting Infrastructure, Privacy & Directory Development
Status: Recorded Activity

Executive Summary

Between April and June 2026, MMH Men’s Mental Health CIC recorded 67 external signposting actions across 12 identifiable non-MMH destinations within the platform’s current reporting scope.

During Q2, MMH made two important improvements to its signposting infrastructure. The Find Support directory was rebuilt as a clearer, filterable system organised by support category. MMH also stopped tracking telephone-number clicks and similar interactions with urgent-support services.

These changes were designed to make external support options easier to explore while applying a more privacy-conscious approach to urgent help-seeking activity.

Operational Data

  • Total Recorded External Signposting Actions: 67
  • Peer-Support and Community Group Website Clicks: 66
  • Other Identifiable External Website Clicks: 1
  • Distinct External Destinations Accessed: 12
  • Urgent-Support Telephone Interactions: Not tracked by design

A recorded signposting action represents an outbound click from the MMH platform to a non-MMH website. It does not confirm that somebody contacted, attended or received support from the external organisation.

Urgent-support telephone interactions are deliberately excluded from these figures. The absence of this data should not be interpreted as an absence of urgent-help activity.

Strategic Analysis

Of the 67 recorded external actions, 66 directed visitors to peer-support or community-group websites. This quarter’s measurable activity was concentrated around established talking groups, activity-based communities and national group networks.

The most frequently accessed external group websites were:

  • The Men’s Table: 14 recorded clicks
  • Men’s Sheds: 10 recorded clicks
  • Men Who Talk: 10 recorded clicks
  • Andy’s Man Club: 8 recorded clicks
  • Talk Club: 6 recorded clicks
  • Mental Health FC: 4 recorded clicks
  • MenWalkTalk: 4 recorded clicks
  • The Proper Blokes Club: 4 recorded clicks

Because MMH changed the scope of its tracking during this period, the Q2 total should not be treated as a direct like-for-like comparison with reports that included tracked interactions with urgent-support options.

Find Support Directory Development

In April 2026, MMH reorganised its Find Support directory into a clearer, filterable system. External charities, specialist organisations and public resources are now organised by support category, helping visitors narrow the available options according to the type of information or external service they are looking for.

The revised structure reduces the need to search through a long, undifferentiated list and makes different forms of external support easier to identify and understand.

MMH provides information and signposting only. The organisations included in the directory remain responsible for their own services, eligibility requirements, contact routes and published information.

Privacy and Urgent-Support Tracking

During Q2, MMH stopped tracking clicks on urgent-support telephone numbers and similar direct-contact actions. This decision reflects a data-minimisation approach: someone choosing to contact an urgent-support service should be able to do so without that interaction being used as a platform performance measure.

Urgent telephone numbers and crisis information remain clearly available across the platform. Only the measurement of those interactions was removed.

Group Directory Use

Q2 was also the first complete reporting quarter following the introduction of MMH’s revised men’s support group directory.

The directory helps visitors identify relevant external options before continuing to each group’s official public-facing website. External organisations remain responsible for publishing and maintaining their current venues, meeting times, availability and contact details.

Financial & Governance Statement

During Q2, available resources were prioritised towards maintaining and developing MMH’s free signposting infrastructure. This included rebuilding the Find Support directory, maintaining the revised group directory and supporting the platform’s technical operation and visibility.

Trading activity through MMH Clothing, alongside founder investment, helps sustain the platform and reduces MMH CIC’s reliance on grants and public donations.

Call to Action

Men’s peer-support groups, walk-and-talk groups, activity-based communities and public-facing online groups can submit their details for consideration through the MMH group submission page.

Existing listed organisations are encouraged to notify MMH when their website or general listing information changes. Visitors should always use an organisation’s official website or public contact route to confirm its latest details.
