Subject: Digital Infrastructure & Pathway Validation Status: Audited Activity
Executive Summary In July 2025, MMH CIC focused on validating our digital signposting pathways. The primary objective for this period was to assess the user demand for “Peer Support” versus traditional crisis line referrals. The data indicates a distinct user preference for community-based support, validating our strategy to aggregate grassroots groups that often lack digital visibility.
Operational Data
- Total Verified Steps to Support: 39
- Peer Support Group Explorations: 27
- Direct Crisis Support Referrals: 12
Strategic Analysis The July data highlights a critical user behaviour trend: the majority of men entering our ecosystem are seeking preventative connection and community rather than acute clinical intervention. This strongly supports MMH CIC’s decision to prioritise the mapping of local grassroots groups. However, the clicks to major support sites demonstrate that the platform is successfully functioning as a “digital triage” point, filtering users to established national providers when necessary.
Financial & Governance Statement Proceeds from the mmh.clothing trading arm were reinvested directly into the platform’s infrastructure. This revenue stream actively contributes to the operational costs of the signposting service, working alongside private investment to ensure the platform remains free at the point of access. All data is anonymised in accordance with UK GDPR.
Call to Action We are currently expanding our dataset. If your organisation funds or operates a men’s mental health initiative, please submit your details to our compliance team for verification.
