The Mission Mandate.
MMH CIC exists to bridge the gap between clinical services and the everyday man by improving access to clear, non-clinical signposting information. We are a social enterprise dedicated to providing accessible, non-clinical resources that guide men toward appropriate support options.
Our Core Objective: To ensure that every man in the UK is within a few clicks of finding support, including local groups and verified support options.
There is no shame in seeking help, you are not alone.
Educational Infrastructure.
Barriers to support often begin with a lack of understanding. MMH CIC maintains a comprehensive, plain-English digital library designed to demystify complex clinical terms. We provide clear, accessible information to help men better understand common mental health experiences and explore pathways available within the UK.

MMH Clothing is an independently operated statement-apparel business owned by MMH’s founder. Its trading activity helps fund the maintenance, development and visibility of MMH CIC’s signposting work.
- The Model: MMH Clothing manages its own commercial activity, production and marketing.
- The Purpose: Trading income helps sustain MMH’s free men’s mental health information and signposting platform.
- The Priority: Available funds are currently focused on platform infrastructure, directory growth, public information and improving the visibility of external support options.
